Our Terms and Conditions

• Tariff in pounds sterling, per person per night in a double / twin room. Triple room also available. Please ask for rate.

• All rates include a delicious cooked breakfast and if arriving around 4pm, tea on arrival served in either the garden or guest lounge.

• Children over 12 years welcomed.

• Sorry no pets and strictly no smoking.

• Payment can be made in cash, credit/debit card or traveller's cheque (in pounds sterling). Sorry no personal cheques

• Our Cancellation Policy : We sincerely hope that you do not need to cancel your stay with us. However, if you do cancel within 24 hours of your booking, we reserve the right to charge you the full  rate. If the cancellation is made the preceding week, there may be a 50% charge and if you cancel more than seven days before your booked stay, a 20% will be charged. This policy is necessary as we are a small business. We would sometimes find it difficult to re-let a room at short notice. However, if we are able to let your room for the same amount of time then no charges will be made.

• Guests may arrive between 4pm - 9pm. It would be helpful to know what time you expect to be here. A mobile contact number is also useful. Checkout is before 10am.

Special offers available at certain times of the year for stays of 3 or more nights.
