Winter Special Offer! Stay 3 nights B&B and receive 10% discount!  This offer is for double occupancy until February 2010 and excludes Bank Holidays

• Tariff in pounds sterling, per person per night in a double / twin room. Triple room also available. Please ask for rate.
• All rates include a delicious breakfast and if arriving around 4pm, tea on arrival served in either the garden or guest lounge.
• Children over 12 years welcomed.
• Sorry no pets and strictly no smoking.
• Payment can be made in cash, cheque, credit/debit card or traveller's cheque (in pounds sterling).
• Our Cancellation Policy : We sincerely hope that you do not need to cancel your stay with us. However, if you do cancel within 24 hours of your booking, we reserve the right to charge you the full  rate. If the cancellation is made the preceding week, there may be a 50% charge and if you cancel more than seven days before your booked stay, a 10% may be charged. This policy is necessary as we are a small business and we would sometimes find it difficult to let a room at short notice. If we are able to let your room for the same amount of time then no charges will be made.
• Guests may arrive between 4pm - 10pm. It would be helpful to know what time you expect to be here. Checkout is before 10am.
